3C-Carbon Group AG is once again donating to the AWO multi-generation centre in Landsberg (Mehrgenerationenhaus/MGH) at the end of the year and sharing its own company success with its long-standing social partner: the rapidly expanding group of companies is donating 33,333 euros to the AWO projects.
'Our great expectations have once again been exceeded and we would like to thank 3C-Carbon Group AG from the bottom of our hearts,' says MGH Director Betina Ahmadyar. Together with her team, she has already made plans for how the money will be used. In view of the global situation, the commitment to helping refugee women and children remains an ongoing issue. With an open meeting place in the city centre, the facility is also aware that older citizens are in need of support and assistance. Every day, people warm up briefly over a cup of coffee or tea in the "Kratzertreff", read the newspaper or socialise.
Year after year, cost increases and cost-cutting measures cast a shadow over the social centre's plans. Now, thanks to the renewed commitment of 3C, the people involved have a load off their minds. Next year, all projects can be realised as planned in the multi-generation house.
'A thank you for voluntary and social commitment has to be included, as a company we want to continue to set an example with our support,' says Karsten Jerschke, CEO of 3C-Carbon Group AG in Landsberg. With the donation, he wants to strengthen the coexistence of the generations, because the high-tech company favours good cohesion in the social area, also in the sense of the company location.
